6. Participate & make adjustments as necessary
7. Provide test output for verification

Design process

1. Confirm analysis and test inputs
2. Identify existing maps and gaps; size and schedule effort
3. Research known sources for matches
4. Outreach for unknown sources if necessary
5. Draft maps; confirm with data queries
6. Deliver for review
7. Adjust as necessary
8. Accept and publish
