Regional Office User Description #

Regional Office Users (RO) are any Caseflow user that is working at a VA regional office. This group can also include VSO representatives. VSO Employees are users who work at a participating Veterans Service Organization (VSO) or a representative of that organization.

Tasks #

There are not many tasks available for this user type. The main task includes one parent and one child task on any appeal and they are the Informal Hearing Presentation Organization task which is the parent task and the Informal Hearing Presentation Users task which is the child.

The only other task that this user can perform is the Track Veteran Task.
