Copilot 30 Day Activity Policy

Users with no activity of their Copilot enterprise license in the Department of Veterans Affairs organization on GitHub Enterprise Cloud in 30 days will be removed as per limited licenses will be available.

Maintaining access to GitHub Copilot as a beta tester

  • Use GitHub Copilot in your IDE of choice within that 30-day period.
  • Use GitHub Copilot in the Department of Veterans Affairs organization on GitHub Enterprise Cloud within that 30-day period.

Note: After 90 days, you will be removed as a Beta tester. This will allow us to rotate the limited number of licenses to other VA employees. We want to gather data from as many VA employees, as possible, for use with making an informed decision on whether to scale the use and adoption of Copilot.
