If a team is using Github as the tool for managing the product lifecycle, this diagram will show the relationships and linking that should be established for the required elements of Epics, User Stories, Tasks, Bugs, Risk and Testing Results. The Projects and Milestones will be used for Release and Sprint planning which will provide Change Management control evidence.
