How do I offboard myself from the EMU?

If you no longer need access to the EMU environment, you can offboard yourself by following the steps below.

• Navigate to the Microsoft MyAccount Portal and sign in with your VA email address.
• Search for GitHub EMU Users
• Select Leave to remove yourself from the group.

How do I request to offboard a user from the EMU?

If you are an individual, such as a COR, responsible for offboarding a user from the EMU environment, you can follow the steps below.

• Open a YourIT ticket to request the user be removed from the GitHub EMU application in Entra ID.
• In the ticket, request that the ticket be routed to the IAM Active Directory team.
